Gevik Yenoki is a Trial Attorney with Shegerian & Associates. His work as an employment discrimination attorney includes all aspects of trial and pre-trial litigation, including taking and defending depositions, pre-trial motions, discovery, mediation, and arbitration.
His significant interest in litigation developed while volunteering at the Office of the District Attorney as a Certified Law Clerk in law school — also as a Post-Bar Law Clerk. Appearing on the record at preliminary and evidentiary hearings, he grew adept in the courtroom. Honing strong research and writing skills, he drafted trial briefs and opposed evidentiary motions. Also, while still in law school, he enrolled in Loyola’s Hobbs District Attorney Clinic because of its classroom component that significantly prepared him with the practical skills he used daily as a certified law clerk at the District Attorney’s Office.
